Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not. We provide a fixed quote before any work begins. The price you're quoted is the price you pay. We'll always highlight any additional costs (such as specialist parts) upfront — never after the job is done.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
We do not charge a separate call-out fee for standard bookings during business hours. For emergency out-of-hours callouts, our standard surcharge rates apply as displayed above. No nasty surprises.
When do I need to pay?
Payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work. For larger jobs over £500, we may request a 20% deposit to secure your booking and cover material costs.
Do you offer discounts for multiple services?
