Pricing

Are there any hidden fees?+

Never. Our pricing is completely transparent. The quote we provide is the price you pay β€” no surprise additions at the end of the job. No separate call-out fee for standard daytime bookings. Our pricing is inclusive. For emergency out-of-hours callouts (evenings, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays), our standard surcharge rates apply β€” these are clearly shown on our Pricing page and quoted to you before you confirm the booking.

We're also members of an approved alternative dispute resolution scheme.

Are you Gas Safe registered?+

Yes β€” it's a legal requirement and we take it very seriously. All SwiftFix UK engineers who work on gas appliances are individually registered on the Gas Safe Register. You can verify any of our engineers' credentials on the Gas Safe website using their unique registration number. Our company registration number is available upon request.
